Citizen Office

The Office of Public Relations is responsible for:

- Welcome citizens to receive their complaints and queries and instruct, in collaboration with the departments concerned, in order to find the right solutions,
- Respond to citizens directly or by correspondence,
- To inform citizens about the procedures and formalities of various benefits and, directly, by mail or by phone,
- Centralize and review files from the ombudsman and coordinate with the various departments of the municipality in order to find adequate solutions to these issues,
- Identify, through a thorough analysis of requests of citizens, tape and complications in administrative procedures and propose reforms to overcome them
